Join us and sign up for a one-off class. If you love it, great! If not, no harm done; we’ll help you to find another way to breathe easier, improve your posture, and relax.

If you’ve ever tried Tai Chi & Qigong, you know the benefits.

At first, you’ll find a community of like-minded people.
Then you’ll experience the calm of moving gracefully.

Over time, our Tai Chi Club can also ease your breathing. Improve your posture. It can even extend your longevity!

Tai Chi Club membership costs $180 for 3 months. That’s roughly 12 classes.

What is Thai Chi?

Tai Chi & Qigong are two different kinds of martial arts. Both are wonderful for people who like to meditate–but want to move, exercise the body, as well. Tai Chi & Qigong are associated with extending the body’s range, strength, & longevity.


 

How is Tai Chi different from other forms of exercise?

What’s unique about the martial arts? They embrace both body & mind. Doing martial arts is a great way to get exercise–& peace of mind.


 

I’m just a beginner–will I be able to keep up?

Let us reassure you: we’re licensed physical therapists, & we’ll help you “catch on.” You’re coming to class to relax, loosen up, & have fun.
