What is Thai Chi?
Tai Chi & Qigong are two different kinds of martial arts. Both are wonderful for people who like to meditate–but want to move, exercise the body, as well. Tai Chi & Qigong are associated with extending the body’s range, strength, & longevity.
How is Tai Chi different from other forms of exercise?
What’s unique about the martial arts? They embrace both body & mind. Doing martial arts is a great way to get exercise–& peace of mind.
