Payment Policy

Payment is made at each session by cash or check.  The initial session, which includes initial evaluation is $240.  The follow up treatments are $160. 

Frome Physical Therapy does not accept assignment and is not a part of any HMO, Medicare or Medicaid Plans.  We do not take "No Fault" or "Workmen's Compensation" claims.

To avoid being charged for your session, please give us 48 hours notice for cancellations. Sessions begin and end on time, so please be prompt.
